Yes! When you reserve your spot, you can choose the friends you want to live with by selecting the same flat number. Availability may vary, so book early to secure your preferred arrangement.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required to book your accommodation. It is returned when you vacate, subject to applicable conditions. An advance rent payment is also required — this is adjusted against your second month's rent.

A guarantor is someone — usually a parent or close relative — who can pay rent on your behalf if needed. If you run into payment difficulties, our support team will work with you first; your guarantor is only contacted as a last resort.

We primarily accommodate full-time students. If you have a special situation, reach out to our team and we'll do our best to help.

Visitors are welcome during designated hours in common areas like the reception. Visitors are not permitted inside resident rooms (except parents or guardians). Overnight stays are not allowed in resident rooms — however, some properties offer a Parents Room at a nominal charge. In girls' properties, only the mother may stay in the resident's room at a nominal charge as decided by the property administration.

Not a chance. Our hostels are strategically located next to Kota's top coaching institutes — Allen Samyak, Allen Sangyan, Allen Sankalp, Allen Sabal, Allen Sakaar, and more. Walk to class and save your energy for studying.

Food is one of our biggest USPs. Our cafeteria serves four homely meals a day — fresh produce, local spices, seasonal fruits and vegetables cooked in a home-style kitchen. You won't miss home-cooked food, we promise.

Absolutely. Round-the-clock housekeeping means your room is clean and ready before you return from class each day. Our staff runs things like it's your home — so your only job is to study.

We do not forfeit security deposits for mid-session vacations. With one month's prior notice, a full refund is processed (minus any damage charges). If you need to vacate immediately, the following deductions apply:
