Kokoon Living is a student housing company committed to offering seamless staying and lodging experiences to our young minds. We have curated a list of chosen services and facilities to add value to students’ life in whichever city they choose to stay in to pursue their higher studies. We firmly believe that a student must get the right ambience for their intellectual and personal development.
2. Which cities does Kokoon Living operate within India?

3. How are the services priced at Kokoon Living?
The room rent depends on two main criteria – the area where you wish to take up accommodation and the type of room you book. We ensure that the rents are priced fairly and reasonably as per the standards of living city-wise.
4. What services and amenities are included in the room rent?
Kokoon Living offers end-to-end accommodation services for students to offer a holistic support environment for students to focus on learning. All our rooms are well-furnished with modern amenities. Our rooms compulsorily have:
- Comfortable beds with mattresses and pillows.
- A wardrobe for storage purposes.
- High-speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity
- There is a game room well-equipped with indoor games.
- In some locations, we have rooms with AC and air coolers. The charges for these rooms will be higher than the standard rooms.
- Housekeeping services, so that cleanliness and hygiene is not a botheration interrupting your studies.
- Food services at the cafeteria serving healthy, delicious food.
- Laundry services on a routine basis.
- Four-times homely meals

5. What items should I carry with me?
It is best to carry your clothes, personal care items, toiletries, bed sheets, linen, books, etc.
6. How long will it take to view the rooms?
It takes half an hour or so to explore the student accommodation personally; however, you can also check our page for virtual images & tours.
7. Can I learn about my flatmates or roommates?
Whenever you decide to reserve your spot with us, you can select the friends you want to live with inside the same flat by choosing the same flat numbers. Please note, this can differ as per availability, so book your spot early to avoid disappointments.
8. Do I have to pay an advance deposit?
You are required to pay a security deposit to book the student accommodation. The security deposit is refundable when you leave the accommodation, pertaining to applicable conditions. You will have to pay an advance sum as a rental fee. This will be included in your second month’s rent payment.
9. Who is a guarantor? Do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who can pay rent on your behalf if you’re facing any troubles. For example, a guarantor is either one of your close relatives or a parent. However, if you’re facing troubles at the time of rent payment, you can talk to our support team. Our team will reach out to your guarantor as a last resort only (if you can’t comply with your tenancy agreements).
10. Are the rooms reserved only for full-time students?
We usually take in only full-time students. However, if you’ve any queries, you can reach out to our team.
11. Can I have visitors coming in to meet me?
Visitors are allowed on the premises, but there are specific timings, and the timings must always be adhered to. The visitor can meet you at the common areas like the reception. Students are not allowed to take their visitors to their rooms except your guardian or parents. Overnight stay of visitors (only guardians or close relatives) is not permitted in the resident's room but they may avail the Parents Room facility we have in some of our properties at a nominal charge. In case of a girl's property, only the mother is allowed to stay in the resident's room at a nominal charge as decided by the property administration.
12. Will I be late for my coaching everyday?
You won’t if you stay with us. The best coaching classes are available nearby. The hostels’ strategic location lets you be close to coaching classes while staying in a homely environment with color palettes suiting your personality. The hostels are strategically near various prestigious institutions: Allen Samyak, Allen Sangyan, Allen Sankalp, Allen Sabal, Allen Sakaar, etc. Residential advisors make studies easy. You need to save your time and energy to study and not spend long hours getting to coaching classes of your choice.
13. Will I have to stay hungry & order food online or will I get a proper meal to eat?
Food is the last of the concerns the students have to experience. Our definite USP is the variety of delicacies offered to the students in a homemade style. Enjoy a variety of cuisines cooked in local spices and fresh fruits and vegetables available in the season. You won't miss home-cooked food, we assure you!
14. Will the staff properly care for my room?
With the motto of a home away from home, we at Kokoon aim to give you a hassle-free stay. An efficient and hardworking staff who understands your room's requisites runs it like your home is. Round-the-clock housekeeping is at your service, so your focus is only on study. Things will be done, and rooms will be ready before you return from class each day.
15. Will my security be forfeited when I vacate the hostel?
We DO NOT forfeit security deposit even when a resident vacates the room during mid-session. If the student gives a one month prior notice, full refund will be provided to the landlord after deducting damage charges, if any. If the student desires to vacate the room immediately, appropriate charges will be deducted according to the table below.
